Protecting Privacy in Data with PIN

Privacy Information Notes (PIN) is a Data Privacy platform for discovering and organising rich and connected privacy information assets in any data. 


Unlike other eDiscovery and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms, PIN discovers person entities, aggregates and links them to information assets, such as Personal Information (PI) and Sensitive Information (SI) to assess the potential privacy risk to individuals, should the data be compromised.


PIN automates privacy-by-design processes to assist with Information Governance, Divestiture and Cyber Resilience Readiness by illuminating, quantifying, and protecting the strategic intellectual property value of the information assets hidden within the data. PIN’s AI models are trained to the required privacy information standard, e.g. Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and can be customised to identify bespoke information assets, and to any jurisdiction globally.


Depending on the client’s requirements, PIN can be deployed on-premise, as SaaS or embedded in other software packages with our self-contained AI engine, without dependencies on external models.
